What we collect
The application form collects your name, work email, company, role and country; your chosen service; current and planned presenter numbers, simultaneous streams, product categories, target markets, languages, spending range and currency, and planned start date. You may also provide a company website, preferred contact details, sales channels, weekly broadcast hours and a message. We record the submission date, language, review status and the dates and versions of your consent choices. A privacy request collects your name, email, request type and any message you choose to include.
How we use it
Our team uses this information to assess your application, understand the proposed operation and contact you about licensing or services. Applications and privacy requests are reviewed by people. The form does not take payment, approve companies automatically or subscribe you to automated marketing.
Your choices
Commercial applications ask for two separate choices: permission to assess the application and contact you, and consent to the international processing described below. Their dates and notice versions are recorded. You may ask to withdraw consent through the privacy form. A privacy request does not require commercial information or either of these consent choices.
Where your data is handled
The team reviewing requests is based in China. The website is hosted in Germany by Hetzner, and traffic passes through Cloudflare's international network for delivery and protection. These arrangements involve processing and access across countries. Access is provided to the company team and providers needed to operate the site and handle your request. We do not sell or rent application data.
Retention and deletion
Applications and privacy requests in the active contact database use a 365-day retention period from submission. Expired records are removed on a subsequent request to the website API; this cleanup runs at most once an hour, so removal does not happen automatically at the exact end of day 365. You may request earlier deletion through the form below. Deleting an active record does not simultaneously erase backup copies, previous exports or internal email records. A privacy request is reviewed by the team; submitting it does not instantly delete data.
Technical records and cookies
For abuse prevention, the API derives a code from your IP address and keeps it separately from your application. These rate-limit records expire after 24 hours and are removed by the cleanup routine. The administrative area uses a necessary session cookie for signed-in staff. This website does not include visitor analytics or advertising pixels.
