Does the person demonstrating the product have to speak?
In the real-product mode, the person handles and demonstrates the product. LiveMagic replaces the head and adds the voice for the on-screen sales conversation. The body, hands, product details and movements remain visible.
Do I need experience selling on a livestream?
The platform is built to reduce dependence on an experienced on-camera presenter. Start by supplying accurate product information and the offer. The Portal guides the preparation of the script, presenter, accounts and campaign.
Can the presentation answer questions?
Audience questions belong in the sales conversation: explain benefits, respond to doubts, handle objections and return to the offer. Prepare the product facts and sales conditions, and follow the interaction options for your connected channel.

How does the free demo work?

Can I use it on TikTok Shop Brazil?
That depends on the format and account eligibility. For TikTok Shop Brazil lives, plan real-time human speech and interaction: channel guidance restricts synthetic or prerecorded audio as the basis of product selling. Discuss the suitable format with our team during your demo. Approval is not automatic.
What should I prepare?
